Reminder: Seat belts are required for both the Care Pro and Client at all times when the car is in motion. This is Mass State Law. Cars should be kept neat and tidy. Cell phone use while driving is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and against the law in Massachusetts. Please pull over to make a call, send a text, or access the GPS.

Reminder: Cell Phone use while working is prohibited. You should only be using your phone to access the Well Sky Personal Care App or in emergency situations.  

Reminder: Masks are still required at all times while working with Clients. 

Reminder: Though we have a casual dress code, Care Pros are expected to look neat and presentable at all times! We do not allow tank tops or sleeveless tops, no ripped or ill fitting jeans, if you wear leggings you must have a tunic length top on that covers your bum, and sneakers or rubber soled shoes are required at all times.

A Home Instead shirt is required for your first visit with a new client, and your badge is required AT ALL TIMES!
