On top of the many wonderful in person trainings we offer in Northborough & Natick, Home Instead now has a learning management system named Empower, all our caregivers have access to this wonderful platform! That means you will have access to hundreds of online training modules to help you provide the very best care to clients. However, before you can access Empower, you need to complete the following steps. 
 

Step 1: Login Using a Web Browser

The first time you access Empower, you’ll want to login using a web browser (like Chrome). Follow the step by step instructions labeled “start here” linked below.

 

Step 2: Review Resources & Begin Learning How to Navigate Empower

 

Use the Help button and then the Getting Started CAREGiver tab to locate additional resources as you begin to navigate the site.

The My Learning button provides access to your learning plan along with access to courses assigned to you by your Empower learning manager. If the above quizzes have been assigned to you, you would find them by clicking the My Learning button and viewing your plan.

Click the blue “Launch” button once you locate a class that has been assigned to you.
